All pottery is new unused condition unless marked used. Baskets are new or in display only condition unless stated in the ad. You will pay the price listed and shipping via UPS. If shipping multiple items then combined shipping is available but you would need to contact me before placing the order on the website. Insurance is an addition $1.80 for any amount over $100. If you choose not to take the insurance and UPS breaks the pottery you will only be refunded the $100 from UPS. All returns will be refunded the same way as paid less the shipping amount.
