Warranty on pottery
Henn is out of business and they have not honored the lifetime warrantee since 12/31/07. Please don't call me to give me a hard time about this. I'm not Henn and will not honor the warrantee for them.

Maximum temporature
Please do not bake over 400 degrees your pottery can split.

shocking your pottery
To avoid splitting your pottery do not put your pottery in an already pre-heated oven. Especially if you have place refrigerated or frozen food in your pottery. Place the pottery in the oven and then turn it on.

Returns
All returns will be charged shipping both ways plus 3% for the return that I'm charged from the website for placing the order.
